No replacement parts available
Experienced a failure of the oven exterior glass and Midea does not sell the part. In fact when you go to the customer support website and search for parts specific to this model, the majority of the parts are not available. The oven can still be purchased from Lowe's so it is not a discontinued issue. The oven has been satisfactory to use but not being able to repair a four year oven due to no parts being available leads me to strongly not recommend Midea products. I'd stay away from this bra...

One burner doesn't work
The stove is beautiful, however the middle burner doesn't work and Lowes could care less unless it's within 48 hours of delivery (not clear when you buy). If you try LG, noone answers the phone (spent 4 hrs waiting) and the ai chat bot was also useless. So now we have a very expensive stove that doesn't work. Never buying at Lowes or LG again.

It’s ok.
When we first got this stove a little over a year ago, the front right burner would not go to a low setting. When we turned it to low, it would go out but the gas would still be on. Finally got that fixed and then the dial covers that shows what level the burner is on, broke. The new issue we have is when the oven is on a temp under 350° it does not heat but has a gas smell. We have to preheat to 350° and then turn it down to the desired temp.

If I can leave no stars that will be issue. My first stove didn’t work I returned it . Second stove 3wks in the back burners stop working . I cannot get a new one I have to wait on tech who has rescheduled 2 times. The range is not a good product. I would like a new one again or money returned.
