Much less than Perfect.

I ordered online July 2nd, 2022, and delivery was July 10. Be prepared to have no fridge for eight days. My refrigerator with bottom freezer model seems to be exclusive to Lowe's. The unit would not fit through my door from garage to kitchen so I removed the door before Lowe's arrived and also took the doors off the fridge, which left a two inch clearance. Have had it for nearly a year. Discovered it was leaking at the back from an overfilling drip pan (which btw, has to be unscrewed from the back to slide out and empty by a service tech). When you hear water pouring, that is water emptying into the drip pan at the back after the unit runs a defrost cycle. I ordered this and it was delivered about 12 hours later the next day. On-time delivery (actually a little earlier which was fine) and there were no problems. A superior design and product! I tend to notice details and have found this appliance to be very well-conceived and executed. The streamlined exterior (with no protruding handles) is exactly what I wanted, has saved me 2.5 inches in my galley kitchen and looks quite sleek and less bulky than my prior fridge. Lo compramos en cotsco, mejor precio. Tenemos 3 o 4 meses con el producto. Lo recojimos de la tienda y llego en buenas condiciones enfrio rapido(una hr) seguimos las instrucciones, pagamos por lo que recibimos lo revisamos y fue lo que recibimos. Es cierto que hubiera sidoaun mejor con otro bin en la puerta superior, pero no es nongun defecto o problema de la empresa. Lo repetire mire y recibimos lo que compramos. Lo recomendamos.

BAD CHOICE

No-frills bottom-freezer fridge for narrow spaces

This is one of the only options for a bottom freezer refrigerator for narrow spaces, which is a must given our doorways. On the plus side, the construction and operation seems simple - no frills, and hopefully less to break as well. It's a refrigerator, and seems to do its job well. Do not recommend

This refrigerator was purchased to keep things simple. Pros: Excellent design functionality with freezer situated on bottom rather than on top! No added bells and whistles to breakdown early and require repair! CONS: Since first plugging unit in there are the most unusual, even bizarre noises made during the cycling processes, in the evening this may keep me awake. I am almost 70 and this is not my first refrigerator, these noises are so weird if I were religious would call it possessed. TBH...

Bottom Freezer All the Way

This was the exact size I needed, and it matches my stainless Midea dishwasher. The refrigerator looks great and unblemished with SS doors and medium gray sides and integrated handle slots. Disappointed

I purchased this in June 2023 I was so excited to get this love bottom freezer and simplicity of it however, in July 2023 had to get a service tech come out as the refrigerator was leaking and items in freezer started to thaw. He stated that they do not put fans in the condenser and that we should get a portable fan to place next to it to keep it cool since it was too hot.
