Versatile Battery in a nice size

Excited to get this new battery offered by Metabo HPT. I already own a few Hitachi/Metabo HPT tools and batteries. I own the 4.0/8.0 Battery which gives great runtime. Battery life

The multivolt battery is one of the most vital tools in my day to day workload. A full charge battery can usually last 2-3 days and that is being used on an hourly basis. This battery can also take a beating. I have one bad experience with the battery warranty, and someone from HQ stopped co tact with me and I never got it replaced. It was just a malfunction.

So sad

I don’t trust this battery. I bought one and it flashed purple (impossible to charge) first day so I returned it. The next one worked a month and now flashes purple (didn’t get wet, light use) and I tried to return but I guess I don’t have a receipt in the system so I’m out… 0-2 in a month with this expensive battery and can’t return in. +I’m pretty sure the usb charger injects spyware, phone behaves badly while charging with it. So sad.

Lasts all day!

Fantastic, long-lasting battery. I used it all day long disassembling concrete form and it went form 4 bars (fully charged) when I started the day and finished the day with the battery showing 3 bars!!!! literally pulling 100s of screws.

Keeps on going

Got this 36V battery with a Metabo tool. I have many Metabo 18V tools and batteries so looked forward to comparing the run time of the 36V vs the 18Vs. Wow! What a difference. I can run all day with this monster. This has become my go to battery, especially if I am going to put a real load on the tool. It just keeps on going…going…going.

A must have for 36v drill/driver

These 2.5ah batteries hit the sweet spot between size and battery life for most of the smaller handheld MultiVolt tools. I use them in my drill, driver, oscillating tool, angle grinder, and nailers, and have swapped them into the larger saws and when convenient.
