Best crown stapler

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this stapler to install tongue and groove boards, and having used other brands i just gotta say, this is the best 1/4 stapler ever, i use it frequently and never had problems with it,it just works, fell in love with the hitachi brand over 25 years ago and still to this day use it, this is just one of my many Metabo HPT tools.

No regrets

Seems well made, it’s comfortable and easy to use. Shot off about 1000 5/8” staples with very few misfires and zero jams. I did struggle at times with controlling the depth, adjusted the depth to both extremes with little difference, seems to be consistently too deep. It was pine, so there’s that. I even dialing the compressor down to 80 psi, it would at times randomly cut right through the galvanized hardware cloth. This might just be a matter of me getting the feel for the tool. Warranty not honered

I used this stapler very little and after about two years the load spring broke. They sent me a RA to send it back to Georgia for warranty repair then sent an invoice to me for the repair. I called and I was told that basically it is their call what a manufacturing defect is. And that they don't make anything defective tools. The technician said the spring would have broken the first time I used it. So, they get to keep my stapler. I bought this stapler at Lowe's. When I sent it in for repair ...

Better than a sow's ear

I replaced a 18-guage staple/brad nailer from "GIINAA" or harbor freight with this --- it literally works just like a staple-gun. Seems good quality, works better than HF junk. Its the higher end A5 line --- guess that mean made in Taiwan.... which is now "good" --- not the 1970's anymore. It works when you pull the trigger.

Great Stapler

I use this for building my beekeeping frames for my bee hives. It works great!

Almost too much fun...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this to install metal trim on my pole building and to use in woodworking projects, works like a dream! Very easy to dial in the depth and I have yet to experience a single jam or misfeed. The design offers a range of staple options and all lengths worked fantastic in the stapler! I made the mistake of setting it to auto, and had way to much fun reliving my time in the military as I shot hundreds of staples into a scrap piece of lumber...

Great purchase!

So far I've been through.30 boxes of 1 1/4 inch long staples from 2 manufactures and only had one minor jam. I purchased for installing underlayment in an 1800 sq ft house but I've found lots of other uses for it too. Glad I spent a little more for this makes the job much easier and way less frustrating!

Worked great! Stapled down 1/4 in underlayment and only had one jam when staple hit a screw head. Was easy to open up and remove jammed staple

The simple features make it a great stapler

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First stapler I have purchased. Compared with others and glad I chose this. The magazine loading is made easier as it levers out when you pull the slide back. The small air button is great for blowing dust off where you place marks for stapling items. Hook is handy to hang stapler from apron or hook on work table. Its light and does not fatigue your hands after a long day of use.
