I loved the fact that this grill was American made, and the look and amenities were hard to beat. Now the truth - everything has gone bad, the surface has gotten rust throughout, and the grill burners have all gone bad multiple times even though I clean it to ensure that they don't rust. Oh, and BTW did I say that I have it covered. Stay away.

First, let me say that I don't know why this unit is not on the Lowes floor. I ordered the grill using the Lowes app, easy purchase and delivery was two days early. The grill is well designed and assembles with a stout gage material. The unit comes with detailed instructions that are very easy to follow. Be advised that assembly is lengthy. Purchased at a great price as a Clearance item. I bought it, because it has a vert large main cooking surface areas and the burners light directly from the gas knobs, without batteries. One down side is there is not enough space between the main surface grill and the warming grill; regardless, the warming grill is easy to remove and replace, so this has not been a problem for me. Issues from Beginning

From the beginning the grill had problems lighting the far right burner. it eventually lit after the grill was warm. Now, 30 days past the 1 ur warranty it will not work at all. It will not advance enough propane to start it. Going to get a replacement hose to see if it will work. This is a piece of crap grill. Should have took it back in the beginning.

I purchased this gas grill online and it was shipped to my local Lowe's where it was assembled. I finalized installation of sensors and followed instructions to heat clean the unit. After completing this, I noticed that the lid is missing one of the two rubber bumpers and so it has a wobble when I touch the lid. The grill had a dent in the side. Lowe personnel stated he would give us a 10% off the cost of 398.00 however we did not receive any refund for that amount. If you say you are going to do something for a customer, please live up to our expectations.

The grill was assembled at Lowe's. When we got home, there was no meat sensor probes. I went back to the store (50 miles away) multiple times. Was given the run around & told that I would be called when they found the items. I was not called. When I went back for the third time, I was told they could not help me & I was to contact the manufacturer. It was not my fault that they didn't include all of the parts. So angry that I WILL NOT shop at Lowe's again. What has happened to customer service.

Terrible Delivery through Fed-EX- Great Grill

Product was dented due to Delivery driver with Fed-EX. Driver did not use a hand cart to take it off off the truck but proceeded to drop it off the back and then he rolled it up my drive-way letting it drop when rolling. This was easier than past grills to put together, although the instruction manual is full of wonky English. Grill performed as expected. However, the lcd controller would not function with the usb or ambient cable plugged into the back. It took a while to finally deduce the problem, but that was it.
