Disappointed!

Not sure if this was a return or what, but this was so out of whack it's not even funny. The door stop did not line up at all from the side piece to the top, like it was like 1/8 of an inch off so the door doesn't close properly but by the time I mounted it and cut it, it was too late. Really wish I could get refunded for this product. So disappointed, but you know once you mount it, you're not unmounting it and redoing it all. Very unhappy!

Poor Assembly and No Quality Control

The door that I got was just bad. Two of the 3 (somewhat flimsy) hinges were misaligned in the mortises causing it to bind against the stop trim and bow out the hinges and made the door unable to close. Most of the door side hinge screws had been overtightened and holes stripped. Several screws were driven in at angles. Some of the mortises were angled and had to be redone. workmanship

i question the quality of this product. when attempting to install the door i found the hinges improperly set causing the door to bind terribly. when I mortise the hinges so they all set flush I also found half the screws were already stripped holding the hinges. I could not Mount the door frame and needed to get a new one sent to me. I can't say the customer service team did a fantastic job taking care of the issue and I'm totally satisfied with how they handled it

Can’t go wrong

I ordered this door online and I got notice pretty quickly that it was ready for pick up. When I arrived they quickly loaded into my truck for me, which was awesome. Just a quick and easy experience. The quality of th door is actually better than I expected for the price point. It’s a pretty solid door and much better than the hollow core door it replaced.

Door review

Doors are light weight and easy to handle. Being already primed makes painting less work. Measurements are true but my old door wasn’t. Trimming door down also no problem.

Solid and heavy door with a quality frame.

This prehung door was solid and allowed me to get the height I needed for my project. I was able to cut off several inches from the bottom to allow for a swing into a raised flooring. The casing was in good shape and it was the quality I needed. Some were in rough shape at lowes.
