This was a great washing machine for the first almost 3 years and then it started staining our clothes with a charcoal colored stain on multiple items in each load, no matter what cycle it was on. We cleaned the machine monthly like you're supposed to so it was not from lack of upkeep. I own this washer for a month and overall I am pleased with the quality and performance. It is huge, quiet, it offers many cycles including the soaking, it allows customization of the cycle by features like Water Plus (add more water for better performance) and Extra Rinse (to remove any detergent residue from the clothes). I really like this washer, I can put either two clothes in a load or a very big load and the washer identifies how much water to use, and how much time it needs, the tank is as big that I even measuring 5’ 9” can barely make it to the bottom. Maybe try the one with an agitator instead

I had hoped, given then price especially, that this washer would be better. A blanket with sheets will error out and it tries to repeat cycles or something to get past it but then just fails. I was able to rearrange to blanket to the top to finally get it through spin. 4 bed pillow cause it to end the cycle with 3 inches of water on the bottom and soaked pillow.
