High end stove without the high end price!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 10 year old gas cooktop and the technology is so good! We love how the knobs light up and the WiFi technology. The burner heats up very fast and makes cooking a breeze. The looks of the stove is also awesome with the brass burner.

LG 36 inch cooktop challenges
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the cooktop on 21 May 24, installed in early August 24. Initially had problems with the turbo burner, flame about two feet high and orange. Tech assessed and ended up trying several different sized fittings until it worked. Powerful stove but low quality frame
Finally got the this cooktop to replace my broken KitchenAid. Overall it the works. But the frame material seems not very sturdy and is slightly bend on the side and the front. The side bend on the inner support piece seems caused by manufacturing since the screw seems incorrectly installed. I can not tell whether the front bend is caused by manufacturing or transportation. Anyway, now I have to find a way to seal the gap between the frame and countertop, which I didn't have to do for my old Kit...
Fake cast iron grates chipping

Buyer beware
After 3 months, all 5 lights are out at each knob. LG does not have parts or a fix after sending a tech. I paid hundreds of dollars to have the unit installed and now I am left with a unit already broke without the safety of lighted knobs.

It's a nice unit, but the ignitors keep clicking
We like this cooktop, but for some reason, the ignitors keep clicking when turning the dials down to medium and low. It's very irritating since it's a brand new unit and there is no grease, grime, or other debris to clean out.
Problem with construction
When I received the unit the regulator was put on but it was in the way of the draw When the repairman tried to remove it the internal piping was damaged the pipe was not properly welded to the base and it twisted
