Terrible customer service

Bought fridge AND Lowes extended warranty. Door does not close and seal properly. Lowes will not honor their warranty. No one will call or come and fix it. 800 number is voice prompts that go in circles with no resolution. Chat bot is useless and lies to you about it being a priority then no answers lol. Terrible experience.

Love this fridge...just one pet peeve

I love this refrigerator! We upgraded last fall from a regular LG French Door fridge that lasted 11 years that happened to coincide with a whole kitchen reno. If you have a small kitchen and had a refrigerator with rounded doors, this might feel much bigger. This refrigerator has a large capacity for a counter depth size. The studio look is upscale as expected. The water dispenser inside has worked perfectly from the first day of install. Shelving design is useful, though having one additional adjustable shelf with the studio design would be helpful. Temperature seems to be perfect throughput the refrigerator. My LG Studio Essence White appliances arrived this week. I don't have feedback on performance yet but providing information on look and color. 1 - My cabinets are Sherwin William "Pure White" (satin sheen). Great fridge. Stupid handle color.

VERY disappointed!

The storage and white color of this fridge is great BUT if you are looking for actual gold/bronze handles (as shown in manufacturer pics) then you too will be disappointed. These are a true rose gold, not light bronze as stated in the description. I recommend you splurge and spend the extra money to buy a Cafe refrigerator with the correct handle color.
