LG STUDIO Counter-Depth MAX French Door Refrigerator, Slide-In Induction Range, Dishwasher and Over-the-Range Microwave Kitchen Appliance Package, Stainless Steel

Needs Zero Clearance Door Conversion Kit

Love this refrigerator except I am UNABLE to slide it back into place because LG does NOT make a Zero Clearance Door Conversation Kit for this refrigerator after me requesting this kit for close to one year…so I am stuck with not being able to put this refrigerator back into place in my kitchen because the refrigerator is next to a wall & if I slide the refrigerator into place…then I can NOT open the refrigerator…I have made many requests to LG to create the Zero Clearance Door Conversation Kit ...

Will not stay cold

The worst LG product I have ever owned. It rarely gets below 40°F even though it is set at 33°F. It even gets into the mid 40s, even though the doors are not being opened a lot. It doesn’t matter if the fridge is near empty or full.

Quite as a mouse!

We had previously purchased a whirlpool refrigerator at another establishment. The moment it arrived it was very noisy. We had whirlpool come out and they said that is just the way all the new compressors are and it was normal. They refused to let us return it. Out almost $2000. Never again. Well, we did a bit more research and came across this refrigerator. They installed it on Sunday. It's night and day! At times, when it is running, I almost can't hear it when standing next to it. We...

Spacious refrigerator, poor water filter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Likes: The fingerprint-resistant stainless-steel finish is a standout feature. You can touch it all day, and it won’t smudge. It maintains a sleek appearance without the external ice and water dispenser. Inside the fridge, there are generously sized storage bins in both doors, with enough space to comfortably fit a gallon container, and even tall enough for wine bottles. The three shelves offer ample room, accommodating a 9x13 casserole dish wi...

Moving on from LG

Unfortunately, done with LG refrigerators. Too many compressor failures. Too many ice maker issues. Was nice while it lasted, but moving on. Sorry to not have better news for those interested in LG...

Great fridge except for the interior light.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the refrigerator less than a week but it is very attractive like a commercial fridge, but also pretty square. If you have a small kitchen and had a refrigerator with rounded doors, this might feel much bigger. It takes a few minutes to figure out how to arrange your shelves for maximum usage but there is a good amount of space inside. I'd prefer more shelve depth instead of the huge buckets on the doors. Some might prefer this but if y...

Love this fridge...just one pet peeve

I love this refrigerator! We upgraded last fall from a regular LG French Door fridge that lasted 11 years that happened to coincide with a whole kitchen reno. Hoping the Studio line gives us at least 15. Yes, the handle color is a bit off, but it goes well with the antique copper metals we have now. The water dispenser is fantastic! The one thing I don't like it that there is a bar on the left door that is designed to open when the fridge is closed, but if you open the doors the "wrong" way (I g...

Terrible customer service

Bought fridge AND Lowes extended warranty. Door does not close and seal properly. Lowes will not honor their warranty. No one will call or come and fix it. 800 number is voice prompts that go in circles with no resolution. Chat bot is useless and lies to you about it being a priority then no answers lol. Terrible experience.

LG STUDIO Refrigerator

The set-up team did an excellent job and asked all the right questions. However, after they left, we noticed a considerable amount of packing tape left on the inside and outside of the refrigerator, particularly on the drawers. I will need to remove the handles to get rid of the remaining packing strips. Additionally, I observed that the left door is slightly lower by about 1/8 inch when closed. I wish I had inspected everything more thoroughly before they left. RDW

Nice Looking Refrigerator

This refrigerator has a large capacity for a counter depth size. The studio look is upscale as expected. The water dispenser inside has worked perfectly from the first day of install. Shelving design is useful, though having one additional adjustable shelf with the studio design would be helpful. Temperature seems to be perfect throughput the refrigerator. Wireless design is helpful for insights of use. The only negative is in the design of the leveling legs. There are only two in the front. We...
