Great Look and Internal Layout

I like the Design, Spacious Interior, and Quiet Operation. After comparing several counter-depth refrigerators, I decided to purchase the LG STUDIO SRFB27S3, and I'm very happy with my decision. Terrible customer service

Bought fridge AND Lowes extended warranty. Door does not close and seal properly. Lowes will not honor their warranty. No one will call or come and fix it. 800 number is voice prompts that go in circles with no resolution. Chat bot is useless and lies to you about it being a priority then no answers lol. Terrible experience.

Love this fridge...just one pet peeve

I love this refrigerator! We upgraded last fall from a regular LG French Door fridge that lasted 11 years that happened to coincide with a whole kitchen reno. If you have a small kitchen and had a refrigerator with rounded doors, this might feel much bigger. This refrigerator has a large capacity for a counter depth size. The studio look is upscale as expected. The water dispenser inside has worked perfectly from the first day of install.
