Leaks, Property Damage, No Service
I owned this washer for approximately 1 month. The washer worked fine for this period of time. After one month, during a wash, the machine leaked the entire contents of the washer directly out of the back of the machine and flooded both my laundry room and garage with approximately 1" of water. I spent a day cleaning my garage to mitigate water damage and am currently in the midst of dealing with "Customer Service." Big enough for a large family
I bought this washer when my old one broke down from too much laundry. I have 2 teenage sons and many guests in the home as well as a dog that makes keeping clothes clean extremely challenging. This washer has a large capacity tub that allows me to do one load without breaking the motor. I like the fact that it has additions jets inside that make the clothes very clean. delivery
we order this twice. Once in store and delivery date changed from Dec. 2024 to may 2025 and yet if you order on lowes website you will get a sooner delivery date of Feb 22, 2025. So, we cancel our in store order and order online. 2 days before delivery, it changed to April 2025, but wait... lowes is offering a delivery date of March!!! hmmmmmmm.... is this some sort of revenue scam?

It would seem the higher end LG products don't exist. I tried ordering these in Nov 2024 and was told I would have them delivered 18 Dec 2024. Then they called and said it would be 28 December for delivery. 2 days before delivery I checked on order status and all of a sudden it was late Feb 2025. Sorry but when people need a new washer & dryer, waiting 3+ months is not an option.

Did not expect visibly better job at cleaning but stunned at how much better towels looked. Capacity handles thick comforters easily. WiFi notifications nice, but an unnecessary frill.
