Wonderful stove!

So far, this stove has been excellent. As with any stove, you have to get a feel for how it cooks, Each one is unique. The quality of the workmanship and parts are wonderful. The oven racks are substantial as is oven surface. The top is easy to keep clean. I just have to figure out all the options.

Unsafe

When running oven or front burners on high, front top strip of steel became scalding hot. Other complaints at https://www.reddit.com/r/Appliances/comments/ydmjz4/brand_new_lg_oven_gets_scolding_hot_on_the_outside/ for similar models. Additionally, delivered without the "required" anti-tip bracket. Was told to contact LG, and I did - they shipped me a leveling foot instead!

Great Range

Loving this so far. Has everything that I need. Oven preheats quickly, cooks well and I like the WiFi feature.

Regular bake cooks/browns like convection?!

I have had this oven for over three months. I like everything about it except one huge issue… The basic big function has the fan cycling on and off so much that everything I cook in this oven turns out brown on the top. It works like a convection oven When it’s on regular bake… I have to cover dishes. I have never covered previously just so they don’t get burned things get dry and crispy on the outside. I did read in the manual. It’s normal for this oven on bake to have the fan cycle on and off,...

PRObake technology means all bakes are convection

bought this for my microbakery and home use. I produce upwards of 100 loaves of sourdough and yeast breads a week and was hoping this would work but the element is in the back and it requires a fan to move the heat throughout the oven. it essentially makes all baking convection baking. There is no real way to use open bake on these loaves without drying them out because of the fan, even with constant steam being released.

Super fast heating/Air fry is fantastic

Stovetop and oven heat quickly. The eyes produce quite a bit more heat than my previous 20 year old stove as water quickly boils versus slowly coming to and settling at a slow roil. The oven shaved about 3 minutes off of baking biscuits. Air frying foods is finally family friendly! No more little baskets at a time. We put 10 chicken tenders and an entire bag of tater tots on the massive air fry “basket” that comes with the range. It’s an impressive machine!

nice upgrade

needs leveling on the front feet. only down side is its completely flat, no lip, so if you spill it going over for sure. they did provide rubbers strips for the sides, I dont see them holding up, but we'll see. I put a pencil on it to test the top level. beautiful blue inside. let's just hope it holds up! this unit is app controlled, air fryer, convection cook 2 ways, self cleaning AND steam cleaning! super excited for that one. either way it's a good upgrade for me, old stove was crooked eyes,...
