THIS FRIDGE IS SO SLEEK!

We wanted a counter-depth refrigerator that still had plenty of storage, and this one delivers. The layout is well designed, the inside light is bright and welcoming and it is so sleek it almost looks built in! I was skeptical of the pullout freezer, but I've gotten used to it quickly!

I purchased a refrigerator, it was a good experience. The salesperson did not have much knowledge of the different brands and features, but he was very helpful. Unfortunately there was limited inventory and I needed a new frig within a day. An overall good experience.

Love the Fingerprint Resistance

Just had this installed last week. Love the fingerprint resistance. It holds a lot in the refrigerator and the freeze drawer.

DO NOT BUY

This unit broke after only 18 months. The compressor went out and it had a major Freon leak. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Please save yourself the time, money, and frustration and go with a different brand.

Disappointed

I bought this last week and discovered after it was delivered and the doors removed together it through the narrow opening into my kitchen that I should have inspected it more thoroughly before buying it. The drawers are not on rollers and are difficult to close. I’m very disappointed that it is so cheaply made. If it weren’t such a production to return it, I would send it back. In fact, I still may look around and see if I find one I like better and send this one back. Really disappointed!

We love the product once we got the correct one. We requested counter depth from the salesman and mentioned counter depth several times when ordering . However he still entered the standard size and it was delivered to us, had to be returned, and we had to re-order .Everything is good now.

Subpar

Do not buy this product or any other LG product without the Lowe's 5 year protection plan. I bought mine in December 2023 (with the 5 year protection plan) and it stopped working in July 2026. I'm still on hold with LG's live agent after 2 hours. I called Lowe's customer service and they were very helpful and I have a service call scheduled. That only took about 15 minutes. If you spend 2 grand on an appliance you should expect to get 10 years out of it. Not the case with LG.

Love the dual ice maker

It’s only been 2 days since I received our LG fridge and already love it. The ice maker is super fast and the fridge is very quiet. I’ve seen other reviews about the dim light when filling up water bottles. Because of the dark background of the water dispensing area, it is a little hard to see. If that’s the only issue, I’ll take it!

Avoid anything with craft ice maker...

craft ice maker has gone out 3 times in 5 years and lg does not stand behind their product. you spend thousands on a fridge and have the same faulty problem over and over... craft ice is one of the reasons we bought the fridge and have been without for 2 yrs now... no warranty anymore LG dont care.

not the best

the upper door icemaker can jam and the water comes out pretty slow. The LED light that seems to be for seeing if your bottle has filled is much too dim. Lowes decieved us when we bought it. The sales lady who seemed experienced didn't reveal we'd need our own plumber present for the simple hookup. So we had to scramble last minute to find one - an extra hundred something dollars
