Limited shelf and drawer options, nice price.

I was limited on choices because of the dimensions of the space we have for a refrigerator. This LG was the only one with similar capacity as the one we were replacing (also an LG), and fit the space, and was at a very reasonable price. LG is quiet and energy efficient. BEWARE this model is defective!

I purchased this refrigerator about 2 weeks ago. As recommended before loading, I removed the door bins to clean them and planned to do the same with the glass shelves. Low and behold I could not get the shelves out. I called LG and the customer service rep. had me maneuver a shelf out. It was difficult to do AND the edges of the shelf scraped against the gasket/door seal as well as the inside edge of the door. Do not buy. Purchase amount and return policy scar

If I could give zero stars I would. From the initial set up of the refrigerator the ice maker has not worked. Delivery was 1/7/25 after 4:30pm they left my house few minutes after 5pm. The guys stated to give the ice maker 24 or 48 hrs to start working. I Called customer service on 1/8/25 after 8pm because still nothing from the icemaker but they were closed. Easy online ordering and fast delivery and install

I ordered the LG refrigerator to replace my broken one on Thursday morning and it was installed the next evening. It was the same make just a newer model. The two guys removing the old one and installing the new one worked quickly and were finished in 20 minutes. Customer svc kept me informed throughout the day as to the delivery status and time which I greatly appreciated. Review of the actual new product will be on a different survey. Some shelves aren’t real sturdy.

Pros: I liked the smaller size width (33”)of the refrigerator because most other refrigerators are 36” width and that was too large for the space I had available. The refrigerator worked well while I had it. Cons: Some of the shelves aren’t as sturdy as I would have expected. The hinges are not flush like my last refrigerator and the door wouldn’t open fully because it bumped the wall. I had to exchange for a different refrigerator.

Nice Fridge

This is a nice fridge. We have a small opening in our kitchen and we are limited to only a few models that can fit there. This model is roomy inside, it has nice features, the drawers slide nicely and the shelves move around easily.

had 1 refrigerator and it was defective bottom drawers were sagging had 1 week exchanged for another one and right side door of refrigerator won't close properly have to push it closed had 2 days had 2 service call for both of these units and both service men said they are having issues with this style French doors so I wound up getting another LG product a single door and deep freezer
