We purchased the fridge in April of 2025, did all the research looked at all the reviews. It worked great and was perfect for the first 7 months... and then the refrigerator stopped cooling. The freezer still worked but the fridge was sitting at 55 degrees. We went through the manufacturers warranty, we had service techs come out almost once a week for 9 weeks. I applaud the service techs efforts, but LG was extremely frustrating to deal with. The techs tried to condemn the unit twice but LG ref...
