I have reached out to customer service in store, online, and over the phone on one can help me find the receipt. I purchased a floor model, with extended warranty, and pick up. This is very upsetting because I have purchased major appliances. I just want the receipt info for my records. I thought using my phone number for my purchase would help me not hinder me. I was lucky and purchased this refrigerator when it was on a huge sale. I purchased it thinking the peek a boo glass would be a cool feature, however I’ve never used it. It’s very beautiful and I love the idea of the water inside the door rather than on the outside. We had this refrigerator along with a range and a doble oven delivered on Aug. 20 2023. The delivery team scratched up our floors and put a hole in one of my door trimsand te refrigerator is dented on the sides and one the front drawer. It looks horrible. 1 week in everything is great. The fridge is nice and quiet and does what it says it does. Water and ice inside was a pre-req for me and I hope that means less problems long term. The deep tray in the freezer was a bit challenging to tell which side was front and which side was back. Once we got it in correctly, everything was perfect. We are still getting use to the window view....but i think we secretly are starting to enjoy it.
