Another unit not cooling adequately

Received our fridge from Lowe’s. No problems with delivery. Two and half days in and neither the fridge nor the freezer are getting to temp. Yes LG, the air vents are open and no, it is not in demo mode. Freezer set to zero has not made it below 28F. Fridge set to 35 and only half full has only made it to 41F. Don't buy it.

I had nothing but problems from day 1. freeze ice never worked until LG finally, after a month, sent a tech to replace the ice units. I have to keep resetting the ice ball machine. after 3 filter changes, water on the door and ice tastes like swam water. Tap water is fine until it hits the

Light problem

We like everything about our new refrigerator, EXCEPT there is a light that goes off and on all day and night 24 hours a day. This is very annoying. We had 3 new parts to stop it and then you sent us a new refrigerator. The light still comes on we think it might have something to do with sanitizing the tube that the water comes out of! Someone needs to tell the world why this light comes on and off. Someone needs to fix it so the light DOES NOT COME ON AND OFF 24 HOURS DAY.

Disaster Delivery Service

The product is fine the delivery service was a disaster. At the time of purchase that were no disclaimers about the delivery and haul away service. As we learned upon the arrival of the fridge to the home that the delivery team was unable to install the fridge because the material of the existing water line was made of copper. We purchased this unit to replace an LG refrigerator we’ve had for almost 20 years. The only major repair during that time for the old unit was replacing the ice maker and one plastic drawer support. In general, I really like this refrigerator. Our old fridge was a side by side that was bigger on the outside but had less internal cubic footage. Go figure. Besides the typical multi-hour removal of packing tape and plastic, this refrigerator was easy to set up, including connecting the water supply (the delivery team from Lowes put it together).
