Great Fridge

I am very satisfied with this fridge I have had it for 2 yrs and no issues at all. Works great!!! I have had no issues at all since I bought it and will buy again this brand when I need to buy another appliance for my home.

Nice refrigerator

I’m very happy with the purchase of my new refrigerator. It’s very attractive with all the bells and whistles. The delivery and installation was excellent. I highly recommend this product.

Horrible customer service

Initially bought this and had to call to get it replaced the same day because the glass in the door was cracked in 3 places. Now 3 weeks later, after the replacement, I noticed that the panel in the back of the refrigerator was peeling off. Contacted lowes only to be told it was outside if the 48hrs window to return this and to contact LG. Will never purchase from them ever again. DONT NOT BUY THIS REFRIGERATOR.

Good but no LQ connection

I bought the product two weeks ago. The product works well however the LQ app connection is very difficult for me. I tried the chatbot and still no connect. I tired the suggestion for wifi connection and still not connection. There is no one to call /speak to directly for support therefore I cannot use the product to it's fullest.

Ice freezes up and does not dispense

Purchased refrigerator less than a year ago. Ice dispenser freezes up and no ice will dispense. Repair person came twice and said it can’t be fixed. Seeking a solution from LG. Very disappointed. I would never buy this refrigerator if I knew it had these problems. Buyer beware!

Compressor went out been dealing with it for over

Water filter housing broke

After just a year of having this, the water filter housing misaligned. I use genuine LG filters. Online search shows this is a common issue with LG fridges. So if you ended up with this fridge, expect for LG customer service to tell you to get a clean set of pliers to turn the notch on the filter head. I am disappointed with LG on this one. There is also a known issue with no clear indicators if water filters are installed properly, that it needs an extra turn. Am I drinking filtered water or ...

Not what I expected

Slight damage to the back fridge. Looks like it was strapped to tight when it was loaded some place. Lowe’s compensated me with a gift card. On this specific model it has the appearance of 4 doors but it’s two long doors that have the appearance of 4 doors. Kinda dumb but I should’ve went into the store to verify what I was getting. Nice enough fridge, just wasn’t what I thought.
