Liking it!!

This LG refrigerator is quiet, makes ice rapidly, has lots more space in the top due to the thin ice machine located in the door, versus 1/4th of the top shelf space of previous fridge. Wish the installer had mentioned that ice would not start production for 24 hours. Found this info in paperwork, once we started to worry. Hope that we can write a new review of this in 20 years, saying how great this appliance has held up over the years!!

Fridge and ice maker working fine so far.

So far our refrigerator is working fine. The doors are very slightly out of alignment but I think I will be able to adjust them if I feel I need to. The delivery process went very well. We read a lot of reviews about various brands and models, they were all horrible. We decided to buy the extended warranty from Lowes.

Great refrigerator with water and ice in the fron!

Love everything about this frig.. it has a very large storage capacity in frig area and freezer area!! I’m sure in the summer I will be extremely glad it has an ice tray in the freezer because the storage area for the ice it’s all that big. Love the small square ice cubes.. this frig is pretty quiet as well!! also the adjustable shelves are great too!!

Product is great delivery is a mess

This refrigerator is cold and fantastic. The store employee who helped us, Lisa at Greenport, was fantastic. The delivery process was absolutely shambolic. Feels like they'd ought to flag that standard doorways aren't wide enough. Ended up removing all the doors and the freezer runners myself to get it through a 30" doorway. Everything works great and it is larger than expected inside.

Very good product

I really like this refrigerator freezer. It is so spacious and well organized in both areas. Having the icemaker contained in the door gives more space. The ice, crushed or cubes, and water dispenser is perfect. It accommodates tall containers.

Bigger than expected

5 years ago we bought a similar LG model, with "door in door " feature. Knocking on a panel allowed u to see frequently selected items. Sounded great, but not all that useful. The compressor crapped out just after 5years. This model does not have that special feature and there is much more usable space in the door especially for gallon jugs. All in all this fridge works great. My only complaint is that the LG brand water & air filters are ridiculously expensive. Find compatible filters onlin...

It works.

We replaced the equivalent 2011 LG 27.7-cu.ft 3 door with this new unit. The old one was better lit inside the refrigerator compartment, and the shelves had a bigger and better variety of spacing. And the old unit ran 14 years, but then stopped. After 3 weeks, the new unit works fine, with the exception of the lighting and shelf adjustments, is much quieter, and the in-door ice unit works better.
