Purchased this product in June, installed in July and the unit has never worked. It does not cool even after having it serviced twice.

Total Disappointment

This fridge is a total disappointment. Buttom line: We hate this fridge and do NOT recommend it. LG regressed in features. We should have purchased a lesser known brand whose water dispenser accommodates 40oz tumblers. We purchased this fridge to replace another LG one from around 2015. Sleek fridge, tons of space, minor annoyances

This fridge has just about everything right with it. It's got loads of space, keeps everything cold, and looks great. My favorite feature is the options for ice. This makes cube ice, crushed ice and craft ice (which is very cool! My kids love it). I like the sleek look of the fridge and how much space it has. Broken before we even got food in it!

We went with LG because of the great reviews on their products. It arrived on time, sadly with some dings in the back. We decided to accept delivery because the dings could not be seen AND we needed a fridge!!! We made sure it was all up and running before the delivery guys left, or so we thought. Good after 1 week

Initial review after delivery and first week. Fridge works as expected. Craft ice is slow as described by others, but my family seems to enjoy it. In door water/ice dispenser is a little weird to change selection. Hold the select word in center and it rotates through options. Not intuitive, but works. Good purchase.

Lots of room! The dual icemakers keeps us in ice even when we have company, and I really like the big round 2" craft ice "spheres"! They're fun! I do wish they had put in more lights, both inside the fridge, and for the water/ice dispenser in the door. Delivery was timely and installation was quick, professional and well-done. I'm happy with it.

Concerned Consumer

Our other LG 30.7 ft^3 refrigerator died just shy of its 10th birthday. We had to scramble to get something similar and this model was able to be delivered the next day, which was nice. There's plenty of space inside both the fridge and freezer and the dual ice maker is terrific because our last one could not keep up with the family's demands for ice. Nice and roomy

The craft Ice is nice but if you go through a lot of ice this may not be the one for you. It only makes 6 balls per day. I thought that it could be changed but i cannot find where that is possible. The size of this unit is plenty, and I like that the ice is in the door as well as the filter which saves actual room on the shelving. LG has terrible customer service

The refrigerator stopped cooling correctly around January. so we called for service and they have been to my home 5 times. the last appointment they cancelled. I want my money back. the 5 year warranty doesn't do any good when they can't repair the unit. LG and Lowe's customer service is terrible.

A Swing and a Miss

The ice and water dispenser are awful; selecting ice or water is a pain, dispensing ice is slow - by the time the dispenser finally decides to start dispensing ice, most people have given up and removed their cup.
