I have to give a shout out to the Lowes off Madison and Countyline in Indiana!! They were SUPER HELPFUL!!! We learned a lot and got a Fantastic new Appliance. First off we have never had this kind of refrigerator before. This is a VERY large appliance. We had to have the doors removed to get it in a the 36" front door. The delivery was very helpful. I bought this refrigerator to replace a Whirlpool. Tired of ice makers breaking
I bought this refrigerator March of 2023. I loved it up until this past month (July 2024) as the ice maker quit. I’m happy that I bought the extended warranty as LG is replacing the ice maker but come on. A little over a year & the ice maker is DOA? Problems - GET THE EXTENDED WARRANTY
We bought this fridge in April 2022. Within the first year we had to have the upper ice maker worked on. At 2 years in the freezer started having days where it would get up to 10 or 15 degrees. The service people have looked at it several times. Right now neither ice maker works and the freezer is between 15 and 20 degrees at all times. The service tech turned in the warranty claim this week so hopefully we will be able to get a new fridge.
