LG Craft Ice French Door Refrigerator, Electric Air Fry Range, Dishwasher and Over-the-Range Microwave Kitchen Appliance Package, Stainless Steel

1. On the second day, a piece with gears fell out behind the upper freezer drawer. I was told that Lowes does not have repair support for new appliances and that I could have it replaced. 2. The icemaker is not producing any large ice balls. The top section for small cubes and crushed ice is working. Who should I contact to get it repaired?

Great new 4 door refrigerator

I like the fact that it doesn't show fingerprints. The ice making is adequate in the top icemaker. The bottom icemaker makes balls of ice that stay cooler longer. The organization is typical and shelves are easy to move. Plenty of door space. The 2 door bottom freezer has cut down freezer space but not having to open the whole freezer when Ice is needed.

Lots of Space and Great Features!

We love this refrigerator! It has the same footprint as other models but more storage space. Unlike our prior fridge, the water filter is out of the way and the ice maker doesn’t protrude leaving more space for door shelving. All in all it is very functional and efficient. And we love the giant ice balls! My wife’s Stanley stays chilled all day.

LG 27.8 cu ft Refrigerator

Bought 2 weeks ago, so far so good. Nice to have a working icemaker in the door & not freezing up like the old fridge by another manufacturer. LG, 27.8 cu ft, standard depth, 2 French doors with 2 freezer drawers - lower drawer does not have a light so it’s difficult to see contents at night.

Replacement fridge needed ASAP

Our old fridge wasn’t working when we returned from vacation. Our technician checked to see if it was fixable (it wasn’t). Great fridge and even better installation!!!

My mom bought a new fridge and was a little nervous about the installation process bc it was her first big purchase since my dad’s passing. Two WONDERFUL ANGELS helped install the fridge and take the old one out and it literally could not have been a better experience. We can only remember Simon’s name (we feel awful bc there was another gentleman with him that we can’t remember his name), but those two were phenomenal. Absolutely phenomenal!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fridge Installation

The product itself is an amazing product. As far as the installation process goes I would not recommend purchasing through Lowe’s if you need someone to install for you. There were two gentleman that came to install the fridge and they acted like it was the most difficult thing they’ve ever done in their lives. I had to beg them to finish the install.
