Unreliable; too many repairs

Too many repairs; unreliable; required four repairs in the first three years of ownership.

Bad water, Horrific Freezer

The first thing I noticed is that the water doesn't taste good. Still tastes like hard water with a metalic quality. The biggest reason I would tell you to run is: 1) The freezer, I've had it stop running 3 times. But when service came out they said that they couldn't find the reason, and left. 2) The pull out drawers, 2 of them, the top one with the ice bin and the 1" pull out below it broke apart!! they would also skip off the rails all the time. when I called Lowes for replacement part...

Replaces a similar model (6 years older)

We had the same unit purchased in 2016, and loved it until it died. Loved it enough to buy this follow on model. They are always trying to make things better, and some things are, but others are not! 1) The old fridge had two dispensing paddles, 1 for ice, 1 for water. This meant water or ice was always available without pushing any buttons first. Now sometimes you get ice, sometimes water, depending on what was dispensed last. Nice fridge until one day it stopped cooling. Broken compressor. It didn't make any alerts so we didn't notice until it was too late and we lost all the food. Ok, fine, things happen -- but the customer service since has been some of the worst of my life. We're still waiting after nearly 3 weeks, with no end in sight. Could Not Be HAPPIER

We did a complete renovation to an old farm house, which was finally complete about 6 months ago. Ever since we moved in, I have loved the look and functionality of this refrigerator in our beautifully new kitchen. We honestly couldn't be happier with this product, not only for it's sleek and modern design, it's also energy efficient and replacement filters are priced reasonable.
