Missing Part and bad Customer Service
My brand new range was delivered almost 2 weeks ago now. I paid extra for the installation service but they couldn't install at time of delivery due to the valve needing to be replaced (not their issue). I had it replaced 2 days later by the gas company and called them to have them come back and complete the gas hookup. Purchased this $1000 stove before Memorial Day. Was told if I apply for a Lowes credit card I'd get $50 off my purchase. So for some reason even with my above 800 credit score I was denied. The two Lowe’s delivery gentleman were kind enough to move our old stove to our carport. They then unpacked the new stove outside and brought it into our kitchen. They took a couple of pictures for their records and left. The plumber came the following day to convert the stove from NG to Propane and discovered the power cord was damaged and unable to plug in.
