Has to be the worst wash ever, right?

How there isnt a recall on this washer is beyond me. Soap scum/scrud/limestone/dirt is left in the tub or all over clothes causing marks all over them every time no matter the setting. Worst Machine Ever and Terrible Customer Service

Nightmare - worst washing machine ever. Shame on LG. My clothes are filthy! It does not add enough water unless in deep fill. Even then the rinse cycle does not remove lint as it shoots water on the clothes that spin against the drum. The lint is trapped in the layer of clothes, regardless of the load size. Mold building is relentless!

Mold buildup inside the drum componenets has been horrible - we have had this unit for about 5 years - I leave the lid up always when its not in use - we don't have a high humdity home and I have used monthly buidlup cleaner - All that to say - clothes never seem truly clean even with the agitator. Greatest Relief Ever

I was so anxious about getting new washer. I have heard so many nightmare stories and every repairman that saw our old Kenmore Elite washer told us to never get rid of it. Spits out gunk!

DO NOT be fooled by the beautiful aesthetic designs by LG. These washer are just NOT it! I purchased these and the wash was spitting out gunk by year #3! Of course right after my warranty expired. Some clothes come out DIRTIER than they came in

I've been very unhappy with this washer. The Bad - the basin doesn't always have enough water to cover the clothing, I've had MANY clothes come out dirtier than they came in, I've had clothing come out WITH stains that weren't there prior to washing, my husbands work clothes don't get clean, his deodorant doesn't wash out of his work shirts. Overall not doing the job of a washer. The Good - it's a very large capacity, it's pretty quiet, easy to figure out the display.

Great features!

This is the perfect size if you like doing large load. I am so hard on my washer and dryer. This fits so much in one wash. I can wash blankets in this washer! A big plus because I have a dog. This has so many cycles and controls. I love the quick wash. I have not used the wifi on it since I load and start it right away. Only Con: I am short. The tub is so deep I have to use a stool and a grabber.
