Great Washer
Did a lot of research and price comparisons before purchasing. Wanted something with a larger capacity and ran across this washer. Read many reviews and decided this was the one. Has taken some time to figure all the features out, but making progress! The LG Thin Q app is a great added feature and is helpful with reminders. Our only issue is cosmetic, but the markings on the touch buttoned for power and start/pause have already worn away in 8 months?!?

LG Washing machine Drainage Pipe Stinks
Washer smells. Please do not buy this product. As a customer LG is expecting is to do some mechanical work. Drain the water that stinks every month. This is Health Hazard issue. The engineers need to look into this issue.

Front panel label wears off when it gets wet
I love this washer. With one exception, the label on the front is not water resistant or waterproof. Ours is completely rubbed of and we cannot use the other features because we have no idea what they are. It will cost another $20-$30 to buy another one.
