Appreciate this washing machines effectiveness in thoroughly cleaning each load. Clothes not only come out fresher but also well spun out and ready for efficient drying. Much prefer this agitator to the impeller if our last machine!

It doesn't clean!

I returned this washer after just a couple days because the cleaning performance was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was the lack of water. Even using Deep Wash plus selecting the Deep Fill option, the tub barely filled. I never overloaded the machine and never came close to the “do not load above this line” marking. Doesn’t clean well!

This machine doesn’t clean well. I thought it would be a great replacement for my side load, it’s not. I have to use extra cleaning products to do an average load. I’m not happy at all. I wish I could return it.

Quiet & Clean!!

This washer replaced a new purchase I was unhappy with because it was so loud. The LG hits the mark - it’s quiet with enough bells and whistles but not over the top. Cloths are clean and I’m happy.

Best Washing Machine I've ever owned!

You know how most washers dont fill up all the way, over the clothes? This washer has a "deep fill" option that will fill the washer water OVER your clothes. I feel my clothes are definitely cleaner, they certainly smell better! I'm very satisfied with this washer! ♡

Washer is better than delivery.

I have always ordered our appliances from Lowes and never had a problem. Unfortunately, this will be my last. The delivery arrived in an old, dirty box truck that struggled to arrive to my house. The 2 delivery people could not speak English and had to translate through their phones. Purchased Spring 2026 - this is an awesome LG washer! Speed, efficiency, options, and a custom app make this a top pick. The electric use rating is a bizarrely low $17 per year. The speed is variable on what you wash and the options selected - my favorite is a 23 minute speed wash that resembles the washing action of my Mom's washer back in the 1970's: full level of water, great agitation, and speed speed speed!
