The toxic chemicals in the plastic and rubbery parts have made me so ill that I kept my windows open all winter and put it out on the porch as soon as the weather allowed it. The company is not at all honoring the warranty. So I have had to buy a completely different washer less than a year later, I can ill afford it but my life is worth a lot more than this washing machine. Game changer
Switching from a maytag top loader to a front loader. Thank God I did, this is an awesome washer. Have lots of space and have a lot of different great features. Have more floor space than I did with my maytag. Do not take long for clothes to wash and can keep track of your washer and dryer with the app.

Like most LG appliances I have owned, at first I love them. Unfortunately, as they age, they reveal their subpar quality. I purchased this washer in 2022 from BestBuy. Shoddy Cleaning Job
I would not recommend this washing machine. We had to replace our 15 year old Kenmore after 3-4 washes a day. We bought the LG TurboWash. Same size as our old one. The difference in cleaning quality between our old Kenmore and this new LG is striking. The LG does not clean our clothes very well. It leaves them dirty. The LG cannot handle comforters very well. We are so disappointed in this LG washing machine and would not every buy it again.

I purchased this stackable washer along with the corresponding dryer. Lowe's stacked the machines at my home. However, the washer's rubber bellow was defective.
