Delivery problems
I have waited all day for the delivery of a new washer and dryer only to find out that all the parts were not send with the truck. I had to take off work and was assured it would all happen today. I’ve owned this new washer for 1 month. It was sealed in its original box and didn’t include instructions for this model. It came with a generic manual for 10 models. Great LG washer
This washer is fantastic! This is my second purchase of a LG washer. I had a LG washer for 10 years, decided to try another brand in 2024, it lasted 2 years! I went back to LG because their appliances are so easy to operate and the washer does not vibrate while on the spin cycle, unlike the one I just got rid of!

Washer is great, install was not
The washer was not installed correctly, and they ended up running the drain hose all the way down (instead of using the plastic piece it came with so that it only went 2" down the drain) - which resulted in letting in sewer gases into our home. Smell was horrible and it took us a bit to figure it out - but was an easy fix on my end thank goodness. just wish the "experts" installed it correctly to begin with.

Don't trust Lowes to install
We have not had any trouble with the washer so far. The trouble we have experienced is with Lowes' installation. The shipping instructions state, “Once removed, save the bolt assemblies for future use. To prevent damage to internal components, do not transport the washer without reinstalling the shipping bolts.” In our case, the deliverymen did not retain the transit bolts.
