I regret this purchase! My clothes don’t get clean and it just swishes back and forth. Cold setting definitely doesn’t work, it pours out extra hot water that steams up the top load door glass!!

I was looking for a washer that did not wobble and walk. So far this LG Washer fits the bill. Very quiet compared to my previous washer. The capacity is higher than my previous washer. Im a single, retired adult. I did not enjoy chasing my machine at every wash. I am a happy customer.

Prepare for a part-time job
I absolutely would NOT recommend this washer, especially if you’re transitioning from a machine with an agitator. The learning curve is significant, and even if you think you’ve figured it out, you haven’t. Detergent with ANY dye whatsoever in it will stain your clothes - nearly all our white towels and sheets have blue and brown splotches on them now. Gets clothes clean but does not extract water
The washer itself works fine, no timer, which is fine, the timer on my previous washing machine wasn't very accurate anyway. But for how long the spin cycle runs, I'd expect the clothes to come out dryer. They're almost wet. It doesn't matter load size or material. They won't be dripping, but they're definitely not anywhere close to what my previous washer was like.

Great washer, but the sound isn’t great
I bought this less than a week ago. It cleans the clothes really well but does make a high pitched squeal during the wash cycle. Not sure if it was installed wrong or damaged during delivery. If I had a separate laundry room, it would be fine but mine is next to my bedroom with no doors so shut or insulate the sound. I hope it stops making the sound once a few more loads have been washed through it

Does not properly clean clothes
I did a lot of research when I purchased this washer and was confident in my choice. The impeller washer was chosen for low water usage and quiet operating over the agitator version. I was assured by the Lowe’s employee I spoke with that I would not notice a difference between an agitator and impeller in cleanliness of clothes. That has not been the case at all, in my experience. Doesn't clean anything
Do not buy this. Nothing gets clean. Splotches of dirt or toothpaste are still there after the item is washed. Water levels will not get the whole load wet unless you use the deep wash setting. Customer service is horrible. My washer is a week old and Lowes won't take it back. LG has me running in circles and cutting me off over it not going into spin and not releasing water and no hot water in hot water wash. Do not buy this.

Worked for 32 days; laundromat trips since then
Always had great experiences with LG products, so when we needed to purchase a washer for our son, we went with LG. We had Lowe's deliver and install it, and all was well for 32 days. It started making a disturbing noise, so he called LG. We're in a metro area of about 200,000 (Topeka, KS). We're an hour away from a metro of about one million (Kansas City). LG said the nearest repair person was based in Oklahoma. After a few days, that guy called and said he'd be in Kansas in about a week....

Product is great. Had a big dent in side on unboxing. Delivery person took a picture and told me I would be getting a rebate. Never happened. Called Lowe’s and they were not helpful.
