Purchased one of their more expensive door and I wish I hadn’t! The install was ok but the door slams shut hard every time like it’s missing a spring or something. I’ll definitely be switching to a new door soon

This was a special order and arrived a week late. Install was not difficult, but upon first opening the door, the door sprung open a third of the way and would not shut. The closer is broken. Also the screen that was sent is NOT the same heavy duty material I was shown with the floor model, which was the only reason I went with this more costly model. The screen material is quite flimsy. Not happy. I've tried calling Lowes but their "helpful" automated call tree never connects me to a human. I ...

Where o where is the installer?

I have been waiting 2 weeks for installation and had to purchase the door myself at a different location because Lowe’s would not purchase from another store. Day of installation, installer is a no-show and no communications. No call no text no nothing. When I called Lowe’s installation they could not help either. Customer service is not in their vocabulary - this sucks!

VERY expensive custom order. Install was simple but the integrated closer arrived broken. Additionally, I purchased this more expensive model specifically because of the sturdy fiberglass screen shown on the floor model. The screen for the door I received is NOT the same- it's a very flimsy fabric type material. I can't make it through Lowe's obnoxious phone gauntlet to speak with a human. I'd like a replacement closer and the better quality screen I payed for.

Pretty nice door, installation issue.

I cut away the cardboard box only to find the threshold was completely loose and just flopping around. It looked like all that was holding it on was one piece of tape. I thought that this had to be in place during installation to hold the door square and plumb. I tried to re-attach it with some tape but it just kept falling off. I have always been a big Larson storm door fan. I have one 15 year old door with eglass that helps with sun, and one 35 year old Larson storm door on my bedroom, still good. Disappointed 😞

The storm door itself is beautiful. However because it's prehung, there is nothing to adjust if the door sags. I pointed the very slight sag near the latch side out to my contractor. He said that's how it came. I didn't think much of it at the time. Thought to just put a little weather strip there. We paid Lowes to professionally hang the door and it wont close properly. They scratched the door installing it. Messed up a trim piece on the door. The threshold is a tripping hazard. WE CAN'T GET LOWES TO DEAL WITH THE PROBLEMS. We've called multiple times.
