What I liked best about this product was the way it was engineered, which made it very easy to install. Normally I have a lot of trouble lining up the connecting long screws on the inside part with the keyhole side. But with this, you slide in the keyhole side into the door, using a provided Allen wrench you actually remove the knob from the inside part before installing the inside plate on the door. The holes then line up perfectly, so the screws go in easily, then -- using the wrench -- you...

Tumbler stops working after about a year

I bought 3 of these in satin nickel - 1 for each of my exterior doors - along with the matching deadbolts for each door. Installation is as simple as any other door knob. Rekeying using the SmartKey system is also simple - just take your time with this, because one slight misalignment and it will not work, and you'll have basically ruined the knob and need a replacement.
