Great lock set for the money.
I purchased these to help relieve my arthritic hands. The paddle handle is so much easier to use than a knob with hands that no longer grip like they used to. Also very handy when your hands are full. The programable key allowed me to key the entry lock to my other existing outside doors. The program was easy and straight forward. Installation instructions were east to follow and understand. They also are stylish and attractive.

Great Look and Handle Easy to Open
Love the way Lido looks and ease of opening. I ordered one for my front door after having one installed on my back door, They replace a round knob which was harder to use with arthritis in my hands. Its antique brass blends in with the old hardware. I didn't realize you could get one with the handle facing either way but it still worked out. Also, this knob has to replace one from Qwikset to be rekeyed to use old keys so now we have two new sets of keys.

easy to install
Super easy to install and re-key all on my own. I accidentally let the door close while I was putting in the latch and I called customer service for help. On a Sunday afternoon, they were super friendly and helpful, walking me through steps to get the door open to continue the install. Nice style and good quality.

Poor written Installation instructions
Bought this attractive KWIKSET signature lock set to replace an existing Kwikset that was 20 yrs old. Installation should been easy except for one step that was not designed or explained well. ON the lower, non-dead bolt lock, the interior assembly that holds the lock in place is secured by two screws. Unfortunately on this model the interior screw plate is covered by a brass face plate with a small piece of paper sticking out of the assembly. How to get at the screw plate is not obvious. The pi...
Lido antique brass entry lever
This replaced a 17yo Kwikset keyed lock on a back entry door, which no longer turned with the key. Was glad to get this in antique brass to match our interior door handles and to be able to replace our door knob with a lever. Like the look of the scrolled lever.

Finish does not last
I purchased this as a replacement for the same item previously purchased. I installed these on all exterior doors along with deadbolts of the same finish. The finish on the Lido Levers has come off while the finish on the deadbolts still looks nice. We have not used any cleaners on the lever and has only come in contact with peoples hands. Very nice.
Easy to install if replacing a current door knob. The directions were straight forward and easy to follow. It took me about 5 minutes from to uninstall old one and install new one. The keys are solid and work very well in lock.
