2 of 4 Lock sets seized, unable to re-key

purchased two locksets- combo/ deadbolt & handle. total of four locks. each set of the Smartkey door handle would not Re-Key but the Deabolt Locks did Re-key. The Smartkey re-key option is a decent concept but have 2 out of 4 locks fail is not acceptable. I Do Not have faith these locks will last long. My concern is they will fail sometime later as the two locks did when I tried to re-key them/ the key would not turn in either direction, the Smartkey Tool would not insert into the Rekey slot...

Not what I expected

The knob stopped working after a couple of weeks of light usage. We bought the Cove series of knobs for all interior and exterior doors of the restoration project. We are working on. Easy install with beautiful finish

Poor quality

I bought 2 of these to install on some older doors. They look decent. Instructions are poor. For example there are parts shipped loose that aren't listed anywhere, but you need to put them together. I have assembled knobs to doors before or I would have had a difficult time. The real issue though is one of the two is defective, the hidden flange for the screw heads is not lined up properly with the access holes for the screws. You can only get about half the screw head engaged, if you tighten it...

Great door knob easy to install

It is ready to go and comes keyed so you can use it right away without having to get it keyed professionally. I really like that you can also rekey it yourself if you want to get a new key for security. The added microban on the doorknob keeping it clean of germs is a great feature I plan to buy more of these for my other entries.

Horrible and Unreliable.

I bought this to add to my new door that was installed 6 months ago. I am an experienced homeowner and well versed in the trades. Since installment the inside knob has fell off 3 times. Both the inside and outside knob are very weak and there is ALOT of wobble to them. Worst door knob I have ever bought, every-time we open our door we take a gamble on if this thing is going to fall apart. Every time we lock it who knows if someone will just rip it off. Horrible and unreliable product- total wast...

Key Entry Knob

This key knob is so practical and you don’t have to worry if you loose any keys. This is great for any door at home - room or garage. The color matched with everything. After trying this knob we bought more in different color.
