Where can I get parts for this smart lock. In removing the battery pack cover, the 2 small tabs that hold the top part of the cover in broke off. they are very small and fragile. So, I need to get a new cover. Thank you

Range is poor

I bought this lock 4 months ago . The hardware and installation was good.the problem is software (Bluetooth). You have to be direct view of the lock to work. No walls or glass in front of you. The range of the lock is 1-15 feet. I called twice to get help . The fist time they told me to re-set. Then, I was told to re-do the software. Returning it

Bought this lock simply because it was on sale and I could use the key pad to unlock the door. I could care less about the blue tooth feature. Come to find out after installing this junk there is no manual way to program. You are forced to use the app and forced to set up an account and share your email. Locked my kids and outside and won't take codes

This lock is trash. It hasn't worked right since we got it and now it doesn't want to take any codes or stop beeping or unlock or anything from the app. Basically it is an expensive normal lock with a useless keypad because I had to take the batteries out to be sure that it wasn't paired to someone else's phone because it wouldn't even beep in identify this lock. Good lock but...

This is a good lock however the instructions refer to screws that were not included in the box. The two screws to mount the inside box to the inside frame were not there. Turned out to be okay as the 3 screws that hold the outside case to the inside frame were sufficient. Got this on sale for $72 ($68 with 5% off using the Lowes card) so really cannot complain. Limited App Functionality

I bought these locks for 2 reasons: code entry to my home: they work great for that. The other reason is to be able to have them lock automatically or from my phone, they do not do this well. The app does have an “auto lock” function but it’s not very useful whatsoever. You can only choose 30sec, 1/3/5/10 minutes after unlock. Why not have a setting for an hour or 2? My first Kwikset lock was the 913. It worked well, but started malfunctioning before it was two years old. I decided to go with the Aura and the insulation was simple enough since I had installed one previously. Meh. It’s keyless. It locks, but isn’t a deadbolt.

Like the keyless feature, but expected more. Product feels cheap and not secure. Batteries die easily and sometimes has issues due to extreme weather temps. Keypad does not reliably light when punching on numbers only after drinking lock button first. Screws work their way loose several times a year and need to be retightened.
