Worst quality/construction ever!

Would Not Recommend

We ordered a custom set of KraftMaid cabinet all of which arrived in poor condition. Almost every piece was scratched/dented/damaged. Door seams are breaking like they didn't even use glue and expect the paint to hold them together. Mating pieces of wood that don't fit their slots were simply busted off and forced into place. Very, very, very, very disappointed and will never buy their brand again.

Terrible quality control; huge disappointment

Would Not Recommend

Similar to what others have shared, KraftMaid's quality control is nonexistent; I ordered 20 cabinets, and all of them have some kind of issues. Absolutely disappointing. Chipped, scratched, broken, missing pieces, and drawers not fully closing.

TERRIBLE

Would Not Recommend

It took about a month to receive. 2 ordered - 1 was so damaged that the delivery guy would not take off the truck. The 2nd - scratched all up - shelves cracked and damaged as well. WHERE is quality control???? These were NOT cheap - and thought spending the extra would be better quality. Who reviews before these are shipped and delivered? Come on Lowe's - really disappointed
