I bought this to replace what we called the Dragon Wagon. We do a lot of yard work and end up with lots to move around. Lowe's employees are always super helpful. I don't get the military discount, I wasn't drafted 50 years ago. At 18 I worked a night factory job while a senior in high school, and helped support my parents. I lived in a small town, in a small Mo. county so not many got drafted. If I had been I would have two years of military experience and qualify for the discount. Instead...

Amazing product and even better Help!
Me and my boyfriend were scrambling around, trying to find a last-minute beach wagon on the 4th of July while on the way to the beach... amidst 100-degree weather. Unbelievably stupid, yes, HOWEVER, Manuel at the Commack Lowe's helped us put it together in 30 minutes. He was above and beyond in assisting us. The wagon itself is incredibly solid, and can be used for multiple, multiple things. Great purchase.

Seems pretty sturdy as compared to cheaper options. It did arrive with some bent tabs, presumably shipping damage. I was able to straighten them for assembly.
Front Axle pin is poorly designed
As the whole front axle assembly swivels on the central pin (welded to the cart floor), this should be a perfect fit with the hole in the center of the axle assembly. NOT. Instead, it is so loose that a rough terrain will cause the axle to lean to the point where a tire rubs against the bottom of the cart. We ordered two carts for our business needs. One came with a faulty pin that connects the handle to the pull bar. I sat on the phone with Lowes forever only for them to tell me I had to call Kobalt. I then sat on the phone with Kobalt only for them to tell me they could not send me the pin because "they don't have it." Missing pieces
Putting this together is easy and it’s well constructed/will be able to handle a lot. HOWEVER, ITS missing the handle how am I supposed to use it at all? it was missing three washers when I was putting it together didn’t think anything of it.

I was much impressed by this garden cart. I picked it up at my local Lowe's. It was very well packed and all items were in excellent order. All fasteners were shrinked-wrapped on a single card and were well identified to match the assembly instructions. The engineering and design features are excellent. No Replacement Parts for Newly Purchased Wagon
After buying this wagon and finding a bad rail assembling it, I contacted Kobalt instead of returning it as it said on the assembly instructions. This is a waste of time. They don’t carry replacement parts. I was told to return the wagon. It’s totally ridiculous Kobalt will not provide parts for this wagon. Who wants something they can’t get parts for??? Who sells products like this that they don’t back with part’s availability??? Ridiculous

Sturdy and well designed
This is one of those things I should have gotten as soon as I moved into my current house. It is much easier to haul stuff around with this cart than a wheelbarrow. The U-shaped axle gives it a lot of ground clearance, and the sides are easy to take off and put back on. My only complaint is how the hardware is packaged. Each piece has rigid plastic wrapped around it. When it was delivered, I could see the box had already been opened and there was a loose bolt and washer inside. I'll bet someone ...
