Kobalt (6-Pack) 40 -Volt, 2 Ah 1 -Pack Lithium Ion (Li-ion) Battery

Do not waste your money

I have had two of these batteries and both of them lasted less than two years before they stopped holding a charge and had to be replaced. The first one came with my lawn mower and then bought this one to replace it. Again do not waste your money on this brand.

Kobalt 40v battery

I needed a back up battery for all my Kobalt 40v outdoor tools ; weed eater, leaf blower, and hedge trimmer. They rarely go on sale and I already have a full line up of 40v tools so the buy a tool and get a battery free is not an appealing option. Glad I finally caught a battery on sale.

Excellent selection of tools for any need

I have two Kobalt cordless tools that use a Kobalt 40 volt battery and wanted a spare battery to use, especially with my Kolbalt 40 volt cordless chain saw. I have used this battery once so far and am impressed with it's performance. Lowe's has always been my choice for anything I need in the way of tools and parts for them.

Great power!

One of my older batteries failed, and this one is so much better. My large lawn used to go through three charged batteries and now I can get it done with only two!

Kobalt Battery

I have the Kobalt blower, edger and trimmer and all use the same 40 volt battery, so easy to interchange them from one to another. I do wish they would create one that would last for an hour or more.

Great deal at 50% off!

I needed a backup battery and this was half price.

Lasts along time!

Battery works like it should but pricey!

Excellent, Long Lasting Power

We purchased another 40 -Volt, 4 Ah 1 -Pack Lithium Ion (Li-ion) Battery so that our Kobalt battery powered equipment could be used for a longer period of time on our 1/2 acre lot. Before this purchased we had only 1 4Ah Li-ion battery and 2, 2Ah ones. . . now we have enough Kobalt Li-ion batteries to use our Kobalt Trimmer and Leaf Blower. These 4 Ah Kobalt Li-ion batteries last longer, charge rapidly and make for less trips to the charger than the 2 Ah ones. We highly recommend these batteri...

New battery

It works as it should but like everything else it’s to expensive

DO NOT BUY

It's almost $300 for charger and battery. These haven't had a sale in 3years! So buy DeWalt or anything else. Buying the store brand gives you a worst product AND will cost you twice as much as top tier brands. Just DONT. You will never get a deal on these batteries!
