I couldnt tell you how this mower works, I ordered this mower the first week of september. Was told delivery would be 10 days later but late the night before Lowes reschedules delivery to the next week. Great but don't expect on delivery date
Ordered on aug 22 online. Delivery date was set for aug 31st. Got a text that said are you ready for you aug 31st delivery? I said yes and theysaid between 3.30 and 7pm. It Didnt come untill sept 4th. It did arrive in the morning and it was perfect. I waited over 19 yrs to finally get a john deere zero turn mower and not have it. I was out tonight practicing and tomorrow ready to mow. Great price with all the discounts. I will be dreaming about mowing tomorrow . Thank you lowes.

2 years old..
My 2 year old M330 with Kawasaki engine had been running well. Currently has 31 Hours. Makes a Very Loud Screeching noise when I turn. Called my local Deere store to get information on Service. They informed me that John Deere doesn’t cover cost to Transport to Service Center and the cost is $99 plus a diagnostic fee of $100 to look at it. Repair work would be extra @ $120/hr. I’m feeling like I made a BIG MISTAKE!

Lawn mower is great. Store service however lacked. First off, I bought online for pickup. Received text it was ready. Once I arrived, they still had to call someone to get the manual and key from the lawn department. Then we get outside to unlock it and start it up, but no gas. None of them had gas, the store didn’t have any gas. Not sure how you expect to sell riding mowers without gas. So they had to push it onto my trailer. Not sure who wrote on the machine but it was delivered with sharpie marker writing all over the floor deck plate of the mower and is very irritating having sharpie scribbles on the mower considering I spent the amount of money I did and like to keep my equipment in nice condition Other than than it was a fairly easy transaction and process. Ohh the delivery took 9 days and i live 1.2miles from the lowes. Just thought that was odd. Again for the amount of money spent.
