I purchased a 24HP 48’ John Deere Ztrak lawn mower on April 4, 2026 at 10:04 a.m. at the Lowes store located at 1605 Garth Brooks Blvd. in Yukon, OK. With that purchase, I also bought a mulching kit, assembly and delivery of the mower. My complaint has nothing to do with the young lady that sold me this mower. This is my first time buying a zero turn. I always had a tractor. I love it ! I am still getting used to it but it makes mowing so much easier. My salesman's name was Mike and he was extremely helpful when picking out the size. I have had no issues with it. I admit it takes a little getting use to but with patience I am getting it down. Definitely recommend. John Deere has always been good and reliable. My last one still runs and it has been 20 years.

Tire went flat on first use and nobody will fix it
Bought a John Deere zero turn mower and had it delivered. My husband went to use it for the first time and couldn't even finish our yard because the front tire went flat. It seems like the seal was compromised in delivery or before. We paid extra for an additional 3 year warranty on top of the included 3 year warranty. Nightmare experience at Ridgeland Lowes
I would advise AGAINST purchasing a mower from the Ridgeland Lowes location. They apparently do not have anyone on staff who is familiar with lawnmowers.
