Don't buy any mower from Lowe's
I bought this mower and had it delivered. It took 4 days from purchase to arrive. When it arrived they pushed it off the truck and quickly left. When I went to see it the back end had enormous scratches all over down to the bare metal, the was red paint transfer, and to top it off the piston was seized and it wouldn't start. You could tell from the general condition of things like the seat, this thing has been sitting outside for months, it looked like a roughly used mower. I called Lowe's and ...

My wife got this for me for Father’s Day. Picked up from lake Jackson Lowe’s. Pick up was easy employees where helpful. It took a week longer to get as had to wait for John Deere to come out and assemble.my first zero turn mower. A little getting used to. Good mower, bad prep.
The second time I tried to start it the battery was dead. I charged it. Then the trailer hitch fell off while mowing. Spent much time walking over the yard to find all the parts. I found some. Seat was delivered dirty. Spent much time trying to clean it. Only partial success. The prep and delivery is poor.

Great zero turn from John Deere
We bought this zero turn to cut down on the amount of time we were spending on mowing each week. What normally would take us half a day with a push mower has been cut down to less than an hour. The mower does a fantastic job of cutting, Is comfortable and the Kawasaki motor fires right up every time. If I had one gripe, it would be that the deck is stamped instead of fabricated. However, for our purpose it works just fine.

John Deere Z320M is awesome, but Andy and Tommy stole the show. Andy help me walk through the zero turns selection and I found one that met my needs. Equipment was delivered on time, but it was damaged and not up to my standards for what I paid for. I reached out to Tommy and he fixed that situation quick and easy. Not everything went as planned, but with Andy and Tommy help I got an amazing piece of equipment. I will definitely be back for future.

John deer zero turn mower
I been wanting a zero turn for awhile now and chose the John Deer for the size and bang for the buck. Love the way it turned and cuts even when at faster speeds. Believe it or not I look forward to cutting the grass!

Delivered a USED lawn mower
I cannot believe that Lowes just tried to deliver a used mower. Dried grass built up and blade clearly used. Not to mention the scratches all over the front of it. I can't believe it. So disappointing.
