What an ordeal
We can’t even write a review for how it works as the battery is completely dead - missing the bolts & nuts for the battery. They couldn’t find the manual or the key - so they had to take a key off of the shelf to give us. Scratches all over it. Some rusting underneath from being put in the weather. Will update once we get the battery charged. I feel like we should just return it and exchange for one not put together yet. Very disappointed so far.

Sold me a broken mower.
I purchased this John Deere mower and they never loaded it up because the mower had a broken key hole. Was told they would have a new assembled one for me. Called that next Monday and was told to call Tuesday. Called Tuesday and was told that mower never got assembled. Then was told it would definitely be ready Thursday. Called Thursday and still no assembled mower. Was told various times that my purchased mower would be first to get assembled. They assembled other mowers for display and didn’t ...

Manual is pretty pathetic, not acceptable. As far as operating? Difficult at 1st, but you get the hang of it after a handful of passes. Mulch System that you have to buy extra is pathetic. Cub Cadet I had was so much easier. I bought this because I have a JD Dealer near me, I have a feeling I'll have to use them. I don't think the controls are at all linear, barely touch the forward controls and it just takes off, difficult to control, even though it gets better with more time at the controls.. ...

when picking a riding lawn mower up make sure you bring gas the tractor didn't have enough gas in it to make it from the back of the store to my truck , luckily, I stopped before hand and brought my own gas for it. Spending a lot of money on a tractor and they didn't even put in $5 worth of gas to get it around the building and to my truck. Doesn't show customer appreciation.
