I don't understand why I had to wait in the 95 degree for 30 minutes, I ordered it, paid for it then I get a message we've came into a snag, NOT cool either way it was a day late then when it said ready for pickup, I still had to wait 30 minutes to get it form the back side of the store to the front side. Again, Not cool I work hard for my money and y'alls customer service sucks Hands down

Poor customer service
I ended up cancelling my order due to the struggle with customer service. They kept changing my delivery date despite me scheduling it weeks in advance. They would not offer me any discount or credit even. I've gotten a much better deal through Ag-Pro. I would not recommend going through Lowe's whatsoever.

Nice product- help your delivery people better
My husband says it turns on a dime and cuts fast. It was so large the 2 med could have been severity hurt unloading it from truck. Thank goodness for their skill and teamwork with only an inch on each side of elevated platform they did not fall. That being said it was very hard to move/ due to unable to start and turn wheels to go straight. They had to pick it up(300 plus pounds). I think YOU NEED TO GET BETTER ABOUT WORKER SAFETY) because they had good teamwork and communication they did well. ...

2* for the pickup experience and rude staff.
Picked up after a 4 hour trip and the staff were rude and unhelpful. They loaded it on a trailer, dropped it or something(I heard the band) before that and joked about it(more paperwork). Then basically took off without any additional help. Once someone came back with my printed receipt every question I asked about (Most critical, what is the piece of rubber that looks like a seal hanging on the wheel?) was meant with "I can't answer that'.
