Sadly Not a Cub Cadet, issues at 26 hours
It’s an alright mower. It’s not great. My Cub Cadet has 300 hours with no issues. Shredded the deck belt at 26 hours and it already drifts left and needs adjustment before every mow. Sad that John Deere QC isn’t better. I thought I was upgrading.

Customer service at this location was not helpful!
I talked with a staff member there twice, trying to see when the mower was ready, and was hung up on twice! Spoke with the manager, and the mower was put together, but I was not notified. I went to the store to pick it up, and it took them longer than 45 minutes to move the mower around to the front so I could. This was the worst customer service I dealt with at Lowes.

Love everything about the mower, but it is missing parts for the seat to bolt down to the bracket. Haven't been able to drive the hour back to the store to get the bolts just yet. Also I wanted the bagger and I ordered it to have it canceled 2 days after purchase. (Out of stock). Then I was sent a shipping notice saying it shipped, and that ir was arriving today 7-13-26. In the app it still shows canceled. Not sure why yhe email but I haven't received a package as of yet.

GREAT Lawnmower
We had a different brand of lawn mower that hasn't been very reliable and with 2+ acres we need to be able to keep the grass mowed. We are really happy that we decided to go with John Deere and would definitely recommend to anybody who is looking for a new mower. Bonus - Trevor the Department Supervisor was really helpful when we went to pick up at our local Lowes.

That I received outstandingly BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
The product was fine, it was the service I didn’t receive from the Lowe’s associates. I called the store I bought the machine from to get the manual and answer some questions on the mower. I called constantly for 3 hours and got hung up on and run through the mill trying to get a Manager and this was at the Loganville store . Late Delivery
The mower was supposed to be delivered yesterday (27 Mar) so I stayed home waiting for it. I did not get the message until later that day that it would be delivered the next day between 1 pm and 4 pm It is now 4:15 and still no mower. Considering what I paid for there is no excuse. I am working hard in trying to get my home ready to sell. No call, no excuse
