Damaged again

Purchased this barn door a few weeks ago and had to return it due to damage on the edges of the door. Had the replacement door delivered, and the damage on this door is worse. It appears that the door was sitting in standing water as the bottom edge is swelled, along with damaged edges. Does anyone look at these items before they're being shipped to the customer? There is also no edge protection as part of the packaging; just a thin layer of plastic that the door is wrapped in

Terrible Packaging Caused Doors to Arrive Damaged

Had two doors delivered to home and packaging was terrible and did not protect the door at all. Doors were covered in clear plastic with labels glued to them. Packaging allowed doors to receive several chips and scratches before I even received them. Removal of labels caused additional chips. Label itself was bled onto the white door panel and did not wash off even after trying with various cleaning products.

What the heck?

I understand it needs to be painted. But the wording rubbed off on the door like silly putty. It did not sit outside or get wet after delivery. So… not sure why this happened. The paper was super stuck to the door.

Door arrived damaged. Lowes refuses to pick up or refund my money. I keep getting transferred to the store that NEVER answers. If I could have lifted a 74 pond door to return it myself I would!!!!

Not to rustic

We wanted a barn door that did not look overly rustic and this door took care of that need. It looks sleek...just what we wanted.

Good product compromised by the packaging

I purchased a door factory finished in white to use with a barn door kit. Labels and packaging had stuck to the finish leaving ink and cardboard marks on the finished surface.
