Great door but poor service and extra help$78 fee!

Although I like the door I didn't like that by ordering it through Lowes employee that was just hanging in the store (doing nothing) I got charged $78 and were not informed by her or that extra fee. But when you order yourself online it cost you nothing. I was runing around and only found out about it when the door came.

Horrible customer service

I had purchased 3 of theses doors and had them delivered, one of the doors was the wrong size so I loaded it up a few weeks later and took it back the local Lowe’s and was told I could not return it there and that it would have to be returned to the store it came from which was not close.

The doors were perfect. The finish on the primer was excellent and both sides of the glass were covered with plastic to remove after painting. Great product great price.

This door is the perfect addition to my new home

This beautiful door replaces the master bedroom door to the master bathroom. The builder had 2 swing doors that hit each other when open. We hung this panel as a barn door style rolling door and it looks so much better than the old while door did! It fixed a problem and brought a little style to the house.

Happy with the door but a damage spot from bander

The door has already been installed because the business it was installed in had a deadline for a tenant to move in Im requesting for a deduction and reimbursement this frequently happens with pre-ordered merchandise and I rarely say something. Delivery was late for no apparent reason. Ordered and PAID for next day delivery. Had installers ready and paid for a door that did not arrive until 2 days later. Customer service was ineffective. The door was fine - as described so that what gets the 1 star.

Looks nice, built incredibly cheap

Note the crossbars on the glass: the first one fell off 6 months post install. Turns out, they're only held on by double face tape and humidity in the bathroom worked its magic to loosen the tape. Worse, one of the pieces of tape was never secured to the glass - instead the double face tape had been put on the plastic wrap that protected the glass, so it was not salvageable for reuse...not that it could be. Lowe's Installation

After paying a $35 charge to have an installer come out and measure the door opening (which took two and a half weeks), I was finally given an exorbitant estimate to actually install the door. I was shocked to find out that some out-of- state installation company wanted nearly twice the cost of the door to install it. Buyer beware of using Lowe's installation service.
