Battery charger not charging
Brand new unit out of the box the battery charger will not charge. I drove 100 miles one way to buy this unit that was not sold in my local store. I have another yard tool that takes the same battery and charger. The old charger will charge the new battery. Excellent electric weed eater
I’ve had this weed eater for a year and I use it every week or two during the summer to trim around the flower beds, etc in my 1-acre suburban yard. It’s been great, lightweight, easy to use, plenty of battery life (if you keep the battery charged), and enough power for my manicured yard. Faulty Do not purchase!
I purchased this unit along with an additional battery. After less than 2 weeks of normal usage the trimmer head stopped working. Both batteries were fully charged. I have to take it to a dealer to get it diagnosed, out of my own pocket. I spent almost $500 on this unit and Lowes will not accept it for return because its been used and is not new in the box. Ridiculous!

Light weight
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for a full season now and I don't do a ton of trimming but I love it. Very light weight and since I have the battery chainsaw I can just swap batteries around easily enough if I need to. I would highly recommend this is you already own or thinking about getting different battery powered devices. Note that this is only a smaller battery than the chainsaw but still last long enough for my property.

Avoid all Husqvarna, will not honor warranty
My 320iL string trimmer has been broken since February. I writing this in May. It took a while to find a regional (forget local) dealer who will do warranty service. So that’s going to be your first problem: finding anyone who bothers to service this stuff. The customer support website does everything in its power to avoid dealing with customer issues. No phone number so that’s strike 2. I’ve been going between the service dealer and Husqvarna in this whole ordeal with different incident number...

Shuts off and overheats, warranty is useless
This HUSQVARNA Weed Eater 320iL $300 string trimmer failed within a year of light usage. Can't handle summer heat on 0.25 acre lot, but it's advertised as top of the line trimmer for up to 1 acre. Battery has a full charge, trimmer still shuts off after barely any work. It also started vibrating like crazy. Warranty process is a joke, don't assume they can fix any but the most obvious issues with the electric units. Their dealer kept it for 2 weeks only to tell me there is nothing wrong with it...
