What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the riding mower for its powerful 24 HP Kohler engine, heavy-gauge construction, and smooth cutting ability on tough terrain and hilly lawns. Many highlight the comfortable ergonomic seat, intuitive controls, and easy maneuverability, with several noting improved performance over previous models. The durable frame and sturdy deck inspire confidence in long-term reliability. However, some report assembly issues, premature tire failures, and early mechanical problems like engine stalling. Despite these concerns, most customers consider the robust performance and solid engineering well worth the investment.

I’ve never had as much bad experience with a new mower as I’ve had with this thing. I gave it a full season of use before reviewing. I thought I did my due diligence in spending the extra money on this brand. Mistake. This mower currently has less than 50 hours on it from one season. After about 15 hours of use, the engine started stalling out for no apparent reason. It would take minutes of trying to restart to eventually come to life again, belching black smoke. Stalls multiple times for no ap...
Check your machine over before you take ownership
The date that the mower was supposed to be delivered by came and went. I called the store and was asked if they would put it together or did I want to? I said that was not an option on the online order form, I expected to pick up a tractor ready to mow with. It was a week later that I received the email that it was ready for pick up. When I went into the store I was told they would bring it right out. 45 minutes later it was pushed out? I asked them if they were sure it would run? I was told the...

Great Start with New TS148X
This mower was ordered online last week as a replacement for an old riding mower with similar capabilities. Today’s delivery to my home from the Lowe's store in Palestine, TX was great thanks to Bill H. the delivery driver. I appreciate his efforts to get this one to me in perfect condition, still in the factory shipping crate the way I wanted it. He took care in getting it off the truck and onto my driveway so I could unpack it and set it up. Getting it ready to start was a simple matter of fol...
Great for large properties!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this mower for 2 years now and use it to mow my 10 acres of property. My property has lots of hills, sticks, and boulders for me to work around and this mower blows right through the job like a breeze! Never had any overheating problems or engine problems of any kind. Only complaint is I've popped a few tires on the start thistle weeds.

I bought an expensive model for dependability. NO!
I drove it once and it refused to start. After much debate with Lowes, they came and picked it up and dropped off another one. I kid you not, again I just started it once to make sure it ran, and got sick. A week later I tried to mow... exact same problem. Seems the starters on these are crap. Anyway, now I am back to begging Lowes to come get it AND the bucket... and give me a refund. I still need to get another mower... whether I buy it from Lowes or not depends on how fast they rectify ...

Mine
This 24 HP 48” cut with a Kohler engine started up on first try, mowed 1/2 of my 1 acre home and almost spins on a dime! This is my second Husqvarna tractor style lawn mower I’ve owned, the first one bought in 2008 and sold with my home in 2016. Yearly oil changes and greased up with a new battery and blades is all I did. I expect this new mower will be just as sturdy as my last. I recommend these mowers to all😎
Broken Frame
Bought this in March at the beginning of lockdown last year, worked fine till September, noticed that the height level would not go into the top position (#6) took it to my repair shop and they quickly saw a broken frame. Lowe’s said take it to a Husqvarna certified repair shop. Closest on is nearly an hour away but I did, Husqvarna repaired the frame: Flash forward to 9/1/2021 was mowing grass the mower just quit moving forward. Again noticed that the deck height would not go into the top posi...

The customer contact number is NON EXISTANT!
Runs good (For 3.2 hours), very comfortable if you ride on level ground. If you shift your hinny slightly the engine shuts off. So much for shifting your rear end "slightly" on hills. After 3.2 hours, the engine is getting a vibration that sounds loud and will probably die by 6 hours. I tried calling the customer service line. I spent over 2 hours just listening to instructions, being on hold for 30 minutes at a time, and getting nothing in the end but being hung up on 4 times without being able...

BEST Riding Mower out there folks!!
Bought the Best riding mower for my husband's Birthday for Sunday, May 16 of this year. 3 issues he had just starting it up...not even able to actually mow. He started it up in our driveway ... mower was picked up on that coming Saturday for repair of these 3 issues! Still the Best mower out there! My brother and I went shopping for it as he has one that is now 7 yrs old and still gives him great service. My brother speaks very highly of this mower brand! And Made in the Great USA! Excite...
An Upgraded Mower
This is a quality product. It seems to be sturdy and well built. This is a larger machine all around than the average residential mower and more of a commercial mower. The seat is much more comfortable than most. The brake drive is equipped with an electrically operated clutch so you just flip a switch to engage the blades. The tires are larger and wider than most. The 24 hp engine is a beast and can not be stopped. This also has a heavier transaxle than the typical residential mower. Th...
