Save your receipt in case parts don't work

The remote receiver did not work. I had to purchase a universal receiver and remote in order to make the fan functional. Also the wiring was too short to use with the extension rod.

When did Hunter start to suck?

I bought this fan 8/4/2024. The light kit started arching and you can't find the kit anywhere for purchase. While it is supposed to be covered under warranty - good luck in getting that to happen. I will NOT being buying another Hunter to replace this. I'd prefer to not have an electrical fire.

Installation Nightmare

Experienced handyman with basic electrical knowledge and installation of basic electrical items. Directions were vague, to the point of resorting to common knowledge of ceiling fan installs & google research. Receiver for the remote did not work initially and after extensive research, email was sent to "hunter tech assistance" only to receive a general response of " higher than normal volumes" responses will be delayed. No Guarantees You Will Get a Working 2025 Fan

This Hunter fan did not work. We even hired an electrician to check it (at our expense). It, definitely, has a problem! We will have to return it back to Lowes. We ordered it online and the store does not carry it. Also, we purchased it in July 2025, but it was manufactured in 2022. Lowes said they cannot guarantee what year of fan you will get when you order it...what is with that? We are NOT happy with this purchase.

Poor Mounting Bracket Design for Rod Mount

I do not recommend this fan. Just purchased and my electrician spent about 2 hours trying to install. Could not get the fan to stop wobbling at high speed. The electrical box it is mounted to in my ceiling is secure, so that is not the issue. High Quality but Noticeable Hum

This fan was for my master bedroom and replaced a different fan. I installed it myself. I'm sure a "professional" could have done it much faster but, I just took my time and was able to get it installed with no major issues. I bought and installed three of these units. The design is appealing, installation fairly straightforward but tedious. As others have mentioned the lights are a bit weak, and the remote operation at times is flaky. Unlike some newer design fans, only 3 speeds. Looks good, BUT

We purchased three of these fans. The fan looks great and is quiet when it runs. Our living room fan is never used as we have other lights and just don’t need it. Two bedroom fans seem to be lemons from the beginning. Although, it appears more like a company flaw as I’ve read multiple reviews that are similar. Can’t recommend this fan.

While it is a good modern looking fan, it does seem to be quite cheaply made. So far it’s been quiet. About 2 weeks after installing it, the remote function quit working. A solid choice

This fan was easy to install. It tool me about a half hour to remove the old fan and have this fan installed and operating. The instructions were very detailed for those whe haven't installed one before. One nice thing is that the fan was balanced right out of the box.
